1. Who we are

TinyDeskMeme is an independent concert-meme concept website. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, Charlie Wilson, or The Gap Band. These terms describe the current preview service at tinydeskmeme.com.

2. Local photo previews

Photos selected for the local studio preview stay on your device; simply selecting, replacing or previewing a photo does not upload it. If you explicitly choose the free Photo Safety Review while the feature is available, your selected photos are sent to content-safety services for review. Only approved images and adult-only images flagged solely for sexual content may be stored privately in TinyDeskMeme’s Cloudflare R2 storage for administrator safety diagnostics, with automatic deletion scheduled after 14 days. Higher-risk rejected images, including possible minors, and reviews that fail are not stored as image files. No video generation or payment is initiated by the review.

• Supported formats: JPEG, PNG and WebP, up to 10 MB each.
• Local previews are cleared from the page session when you close or reload the page. If you request a safety review, eligible approved or adult-only sexual-content-blocked images may be privately retained for up to 14 days.
• Use only photos you own or have permission to use.

3. Basic technical information

Our hosting and security infrastructure may process routine network information, such as IP address, browser and request timestamps, to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The website currently does not accept video-generation payments. We do not claim that analytics or retention settings beyond the current product have been enabled.

4. Accounts, payments and AI processing

Public paid generation and video delivery have not launched. When you submit a video request, automatic photo-safety review can process photographs through OpenAI moderation and, if configured, Sightengine. Approved photos and certain adult-only sexual-content-blocked review photos may be retained in a private storage bucket for up to 14 days, accessible only to authorized administrators for support and safety diagnostics. Text-only audit results and safety scores may be kept for longer; no original photo or public image URL is placed in the audit database. These review-photo rules are separate from generated-video storage. When generation is enabled and you explicitly submit a free test or paid Solo Band request, your approved portrait is stored privately for up to 14 days and made available to SeeAPI through a time-limited link with three scene references. Reviewed videos are stored privately for order downloads. Your delivery email is used to send the private order link; contact support to request deletion.

5. External services and links

The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, including private photo storage for eligible safety reviews. Image review may send selected photos to content-safety service providers such as OpenAI and optional Sightengine. These providers process submitted content under their own applicable terms and privacy practices. Links to unrelated third-party sites likewise lead to their own policies.

For questions or concerns about personal information, contact our support mailbox. If a relevant account or stored record is introduced later, you can contact us about access, correction or deletion as required by applicable law.
