Terms of Service

1. About the service

TinyDeskMeme provides educational content about the Tiny Desk meme and an experimental, in-browser cast-photo preview. Public paid generation is disabled by default pending validation. Eligible requests can receive a limited promotional allowance without account sign-in. No subscription is required.

2. Your photo rights and permissions

• Only use photos of people who have agreed to this use or images you have authority to edit.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent AI-generated content as genuine performances, or violate publicity, privacy, copyright, or trademark rights.
• Do not use abusive, non-consensual, exploitative or unlawful content.

3. Independent fan-oriented concept

The concert reference and Outstanding meme are discussed for context. TinyDeskMeme is not an official NPR project or an authorized source for commercial music or performance footage. References to artists and songs do not license their names, likenesses, recordings, or videos for redistribution.

4. Preview limitations

The studio preview arranges selected images beside concept artwork. Submitting a video request automatically checks photos for content safety and may send photos to moderation providers and privately retain approved photos for up to 14 days for administrator diagnostics. A failed photo check does not start video generation or payment. Separately enabled generation requests use SeeAPI; facial likeness, precise cut timing, instrument motion and generated audio may vary.

5. Future transactions

No checkout is live today. Listed planned prices are $5.99 for 480p Standard and $9.99 for 720p HD, per video. A separately enabled owner test has no Stripe charge but uses a limited test attempt. A paid request proceeds only through enabled secure checkout. Do not send payment or passwords in support emails.

6. Changes and contact

We may update the preview and these terms as features change. Questions or concerns can be sent to our support email. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
